Tutorial: How To Render Rain

This is a tutorial I made so I could share the techniques I've learned in photoshop since I first started. This particular tutorial will teach you how to make rain that can be used as a background for any photomanipulations or digital drawings you might want to do. I really hope this tutorial helps you to figure out a shortcut that will be a time saver over manually drawing your own rain.

A special thanks goes out to cosmosue, for giving me the idea to make a tutorial. I will also be releasing tutorials on how to make: Lightning, Fire (both real and cartoony), and Starfields. Chances are my next tutorial won't be til we reach the fall break, as finals draw near, and I have a LOT of work to do.
